Mentoring Session: Mastering the Art of Facilitation

Target Audience: Project Managers, Team Leaders, Black Belts, Lean Belts

Program Objectives:

  • Identify key roles and responsibilities of an effective Team Leader
  • Identify the skills used by an effective leader to manage team members, provide an effective team discussion, gain consensus, and drive results
  • Practice team facilitation skills and techniques
  • Understand and demonstrate feedback questioning strategies
  • Demonstrate leadership skills in various role play situations

Brief Overview:

This 2-day comprehensive course addresses the skills required for more effective team leadership, ultimately driving results. Several practice sessions are video-recorded and comprehensive feedback provided to each participant.

This coaching session is particularly ideal for practicing Lean Leaders, Six Sigma Black Belts and Master Black Belts who desire to extend their class-room organization and management techniques. It is also a great preparatory experience for potential Lean Six Sigma instructors and Belts responsible for training, mentoring and supporting others.
